Creates a "waypoint" as a receiver for a faith portal

Instructions

Build the rune and activate it, then use the same signature for the faith transfer portal and teleport the faith!

-|instructions=Click on the signature, or on the middle gold block if you don’t have one. The ink blocks determine how large the island will be, depending on the tier they are. Sizes are: 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 23. The signature block is not necessarily needed; if you add it, you will create the faith island and it will be moved into the sky. However, if you do not add the signature it will simply create the faith island in the ground. This will still create the faith radius, and you can move it with a Pegasus rune. Also, you cannot make a faith island using gold blocks as the ink. This is so that someone does not right click on a gold beacon and accidentally make a faith island.
