Changes between day and night, has a cool down of 20 minutes real time
Instructions
First, make the rune. Then you need to click the center with any item, making that item a toggle block designator. You can click on blocks to make them toggle blocks. Once you have added a toggle block you can click it to toggle it with another block(or air). Toggle blocks on the same signature, next to each other, will all toggle at once. If they are different signatures they will toggle individually. The only way to remove a toggle block is to break it with a sword.
