Effect
When you right click the torch with an item, you'll create a bound rune that lets you return to the location when you right click with the bound rune item. In addition, if you right click on an peaceful mob, such as a cow, you can teleport the mob to the recall location.
Instructions
Right click the rune with an item, it will enchant the item and you can then punch with the item and you will be teleported.
