Activation Layer

When creating a rune that is two dimensional, the activation point (what you click on to make the rune work) is always the middle block. Three dimensional runes however are a bit different. The activation block is the middle block of the "Activation" layer, and will be specified in the rune pattern tables. (It will typically be the top or bottom layer, depending in the rune.)
